  Horrible service my co-workers ordered a sympathy bouquet for a fellow worker. When she returned to work we found out she never received the flowers. ok so we called and the lady assured me this was a rare thing but the order was missed and would be delivered the following Wed. Well yes there was some flowers delivered but they were from FRED MEYER, they had the Fred Meyer tag on them... NOT even the same flowers we ordered. This is HORRIBLE. When she called the store the lady was rude and very vulgar with her. We will NEVER use this company again!!!!

  I️ got a huge bouquet of sunflowers and lilies delivered to me for my birthday on Thursday by my husband who has been working out of town in Alaska the last two months. They were beautiful when I️ got them that afternoon, then not even 24 hours later the next day half the sunflowers were already dead and wilting. I️ called to tell them how upset I️ was that my husband spent $100 on flowers that were wilted the very next day and they were very apologetic and wanted to replace ...them for me and possibly bring me a very special type of lilies if they got them in. Well my new bouquet was delivered and I️ have to say I️ am extremely unhappy and unimpressed with their store now. My new bouquet to replace my birthday flowers is about half the size or smaller, there’s absolutely no greenery, there are about 4 different random flowers that were thrown together and the lilies are exactly the same as the original ones I️ got. Very frustrating that my husband called all the way down here because they are local to our home, to make sure he had something nice sent to me on my birthday and this is what we received.

  The flower arrangement was nothing like I ordered. Totally different than what I picked out. Not even close to the bouquet I picked or flowers. Totally different colors and flowers used. Very Very disappointed in this shop and their service. They called to say they couldn't deliver until the afternoon do you think they could of told me the arrangement wouldn't look like it was supposed to or even close. No Overpriced for what I sent. Look at pics in comments ...in the first comment the top pic is what you sent the bottom pic is what I ordered. The 2nd comment is our small town florist.

  A congenial lady, Mary, took my last minute order from San Diego. I needed a gorgeous bouquet to be delivered to a friend who lived out in the woods somewhere. She handled it efficiently, and a couple hours later, my friend posted a photo of the gift, filled with, among other radiant blooms, orchids!

  They sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers to my grieving friend unfortunately there was a misunderstanding and sent a balloon with it that said smile it's your birthday, unfortunately it was the anniversary of her daughter's death and I never asked for the balloon, but they offered a full refund, that shows me how great they really are. The flowers were stunning and I highly recommend them for that. Thank you flowers by the bay.
