(February 28, 2015, 11:12 am)I thought I had lost years of irreplaceable work and precious memories in photos and brought my external hard drive in to Chandler Data Professionals with fingers crossed. Tom was thorough in his analysis and explanations of what work needed to be done and set realistic expectations as to what he might be able to recover based on similar situations in his experience. I was continually updated on the status of my hard drive as he worked. Miraculously, he was able to recover al...most all of my data with his knowledge and skill. As much as the experience stressed me out, Tom was a pleasure to work with. CDP was timely and very reasonable and fair in their cost. I believe Tom and Chandler Data Professionals are honest in their business and with their customers. I will trust no one else in the future when it comes to data recovery and repair. Thank you so much!!!
